I guess I have two questions, with the tag I'm going to assume you worked in some sort of design part of the team, so what exactly did you do?

My second question would be do you have any advice for someone looking into that type of direction for their career? Also, is it really that competitive of a field? I know a lot of teams like to bring on younger people and that a lot of those people won't have much, if any, racing or automotive experience straight out of school and I feel like that would be a huge leg up, but your thoughts would be much appreciated.
